Chelsea Partners was founded by Andy  Knox in early 2015 to provide a diverse client base with a wide range of human capital advisory services across industry sectors, functions, and geographies, including executive and board recruiting; succession planning; management development and assessment; executive coaching; employment contract development, evaluation and negotiation; and human capital consulting.

Chelsea Partners offers clients over 40 years of executive recruiting and human capital advisory experience. It has established itself as a leading boutique advisory firm with a client base that is geographically diverse and spans industry sectors and functions.

As of the end of 2021, Chelsea Partners will no longer conduct executive recruiting engagements but will do advisory work for a select group of domestic and international clients.
